The PHRG staff has completed a variety of commercial buildings of steel and wood frames including several 20,000 + sq. ft. office buildings, multiple clubhouses varying in size from 7,000 sq. ft., dock masters’ office / ship store and maintenance buildings for a marina.  We have completed structures of complex finishes and amenities in these facilities including: a two story indoor waterfall, indoor and outdoor pools with recalculating dehumidification systems, tennis courts, fitness centers, and an executive golf course.  Having experienced such unique challenges, allows PHRG to achieve the goals of our commercial clients.
